niche adsense website

Alright, I have a really good idea for a niche site. The information I want to put on it I think is valuable, but I’m debating on if I should sell that information on the site as

- an e-book for a low price ($4.99 or $9.99)
- use Google Adsense and make all of my content (DIY Videos) free
- Use Google Adsense AND Sell an e-book for a low price, or even lower than $4.99

I’m trying to weigh the pro’s and con’s, which is difficult because I’ve never really made an e-book or used AdSense before. I’m slightly worried that if I try to sell my content, then someone may purchase it and then relist the e-book online for free or something. I could see how I could make more money selling the e-book as well as using Adsense, but if someone steals and distributes my content for free online, I probably won’t make much money.

What should I do?

I’m currently working on a niche blog and have about 20 articles. I want to get at least 60 before I create a new blog on a different niche. I want to be making $5-$10 a day from adsense off of each blog. How much traffic would I need to achieve this? Is 60 posts enough, too little, or more than enough to make that much money?
